Sweet potatoes are nutritious and tasty, but let's see what happens when we sprinkle them with some magic

Sweet Potato Magic

For the basic recipe:

  • 5 medium sweet potatoes, washed
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper to taste

Now, when we add  Ayala's Magic Spice, we reduce the salt, because it really isn't needed, and simply add a few tablespoons of goodness.

Sweet potato with Ayala's Magic Spice:

  • 5 medium sweet potatoes, washed
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons Ayala's Magic Spice

The difference in taste is dramatic, wish I could give you a bite.

Now lets look at the nutrition -- by the numbers:

The nutrition bump with Ayala's Magic Spice

Iron: Up by 250%.

Protein: Up by 160%  (all added protein is complete protein -- which contains all essential amino acids).

This small side dish now contains the daily need of Thiamin, Riboflavin, B6.

It contains 20% of daily need of B12.

Selenium: Up 400%.

And because it's now deeply flavored, we needed less salt, and sodium is reduced to 1/3 of original recipe.
