Fall In Love with Vegetables Challenge

Thanks so much for your interest in participating in the “Fall in Love with Vegetables” campaign with Dr. Ayala’s Magic Spice!

Remember the Ice Bucket Challenge? This is similar, with people challenging one another to take the “Fall in Love with Vegetables” challenge.

We’re starting a movement with this challenge – of families eating and enjoying more vegetables and nutritious foods. People eat foods that their families and communities eat and love, so it starts with friends introducing friends to delicious, healthy options. And, if we can fall in love with healthier foods we can change the health of our nation and the world.

Will you help us help your community and hopefully many more by participating in this challenge?

Here's How

1. Accept the challenge within 24 hours. 

2. Take a photo or video of yourself and share your short story. 

3. Nominate other people (or businesses) to take the challenge in your post.

Sample text: “I’ve accepted the Fall in Love with Vegetables challenge from Dr. Ayala’s Magic Spice (@AyalasMagicSpice).” [Tell your short story of how you fell in love with vegetables] end with “Now I’m challenging friends A, B and C to take the Fall in Love with Vegetables challenge!” #FallInLoveWithVegetablesChallenge

We recommend: Pre-plan and invite ahead of time several friends to the challenge and share this information with them, so they can participate as well. Be sure to tag the friends that you're nominating in your post to keep the challenge going, and tag Dr. Ayala's Magic Spice (@AyalasMagicSpice) so we can reshare your posts to the world.

4. You have 5 days to complete the challenge – otherwise please donate to No Kid Hungry or to a healthy food non-profit of your choice – and please share/tag us so we know you're spreading the veggie love.
